Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to onelifegtm.com, the website previews we send you, our text messages and our website design and hosting services, provided by ONELIFE - CONSULTORIA E MARKETING DIGITAL UNIPESSOAL LDA ("OneLife", "we", "us"), registered in Portugal, NIPC PT516421212, Sintra, Portugal. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our service
We design websites for local businesses. We may build a free preview of a website for your business using your publicly available business information and photos, and send you a private link to see it.
Looking at a preview is free. You have no obligation to buy anything.
If you want the website put live, we agree a one-time fee and a monthly fee for hosting, maintenance and small updates with you in writing before launch.
2. Going live
When you confirm you want your website live and pay the one-time fee, we will:
- make the changes we agree with you before launch;
- connect the website to a domain you own, or register one for you in your business's name;
- link the website to your Google Business listing if you give us access or ask us to;
- put the website live, usually within a few business days of receiving everything we need.
3. Monthly plan
The monthly plan covers hosting, security updates and small content changes (such as updating text, photos, services or contact details). Larger changes, such as new pages or a redesign, may be quoted separately.
The monthly plan is billed every month from the go-live date. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice by emailing us. When you cancel, we can transfer the website and domain to you or your new provider on request.
4. Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use any content you send us or that appears publicly for your business (such as logos, photos and descriptions). If you want any content removed from your preview or website, tell us and we will remove it.
You own your business name, logo and content. Once the one-time fee is paid, you own the domain registered for your business.
5. Payments and refunds
The one-time fee is due before the website goes live. If you are not happy with the website before it goes live, you do not have to pay. Once the website is live, the one-time fee is not refundable, but we will work with you to make reasonable changes. Monthly fees already paid are not refundable.
6. Text messaging terms (SMS)
Program: OneLife website updates. If you agree to receive text messages from OneLife, we will text you about your website preview, your questions, putting your website live and your account.
How you agree: by ticking the text message consent box on a form on our website, or by replying to our email and confirming you want to be contacted by text. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: varies, usually a few messages while we are working on your website.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
Help: reply HELP to any message, or email hello@onelifegtm.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Email
You can stop receiving emails from us at any time by replying and saying so.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide our website and services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes do not affect services already paid for.
10. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without affecting any rights you have under the laws of the country where you are based.
